Exchange Finance was the brain child of the late Charles Dyer; having worked in the finance industry for many years Charles set up the brokerage in 1998 with the hope of it one day becoming a family-run business. Today the business is run by Charles’ son and daughter, Oliver and Rosie.
At Exchange Finance, we aim to break away from the typical financier mould. We go beyond just the present moment, concentrating on what we excel at: delivering Financial Peace of Mind.

Oliver Dyer
Director
Oliver started his career in the foreign exchange market. He has worked for Exchange Finance for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience arranging asset funding for SME’s and high net worth individuals. Over the course of his career he has built up extensive contacts within the industry and prizes himself on offering a personal tailored service for his clients.
Rosie Dyer
Director
Rosie joined Exchange Finance ten years ago having formerly worked as a publicist in the film PR industry. She is in charge of the day-to-day administration and proposal process, and concentrates on the commercial loan side of the business.
